what happen if a player die before the season and he is on your roster do you get to pick up another player for the season and do you get some of the cap back seeing he is not on your team and you say gave him a three to four year contact them something like that happen

Smackawitz is correct. Sandbox contracts are 100% paid on the front end. No compensation is provided for any player who does not complete their Sandbox contact for whatever reason.

When Andrew Luck retired unexpectedly a few years ago, it really hurt the Sandbox players who had him on long term contracts.

I needed a QB. TB12 was available and I way overbid everyone to get him for 5 years or so. A week later he retired and all I could get was Darnold. Keyboard GM, lol.
